When you submit a quote request, either through the modal form or the contact page, we collect the information you provide: project type, postcode, message, any drawings you attach, your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add these in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie banner will appear before any non-essential cookies are set.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange a site visit. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store it
Form submissions are processed by our form provider and forwarded to our team by email. Files you attach are stored alongside the submission and deleted once your enquiry is closed unless we agree otherwise with you.
